Upgrade assistance is only available for customers with a support agreement. Before calling, please verify that your contract is current and then contact our Technical Department at 201-622-0222 as soon as possible to schedule your appointment.

Please note that all appointments are taken on a first come, first served basis.

WARNING – all customized files will be backed up and re-named. You must inform our technicians when you are
upgrading that you have customized files to maintain.

If you do not have a support contract, call and ask us about our efficient and cost-effective service agreements. Our service contracts pay for themselves by automatically updating to the latest version of software, eliminating lengthy downtimes or possible loss of valuable customers.

Please note that under no circumstances will we be responsible for any labor or replacement costs if these
instructions are not followed explicitly.
